Peter Coward worked with PriceWaterhouse Coopers since 1989. He was a Senior Partner, Specialist in International Tax planning & property and Head of the Property Tax Division.

 

His clients have included Ineos, Sage, Hiscox, Arriva, Grainger Trust, Pamplona Capital, TR Property Trust and Big Yellow.

Peter has been involved in numerous fund raises and refinances (bank consortiums and quoted bonds) in the range £200 m-£750m, plus larger refinances.

He has led various structuring international investments and acquisitions, a significant number sell and buy side corporate transactions and a wide variety of  property fund structures and quoted REIT’s.
